UNDER THE FY 2025 APPROPRIATION

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Ogun-Oshun River Basin Development Authority (O-ORBDA) is a Parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation (FMWR/S) responsible for the Development and Management of Water Resources for multipurpose usage in Domestic, Industrial, Agricultural and Flood Control purposes. The Parastatal in furtherance of this statutory mandate intends to undertake the Procurement of various Works, Goods and Services under the 2025 Capital Appropriation and in accordance with Extant Provisions of Section 25 of the Public Procurement Act 2007.
