1. The Federal Government of Nigeria through the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has received financing from the World Bank and the French Development Agency (AFD) and on-lent the financing to nineteen participating states Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Ondo, Ogun, Oyo, Plateau, Sokoto, Niger, Gombe, Ekiti, Kaduna, Ebonyi and Osun toward the cost of the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Upgrading of 64.01km Rural roads in Ogun State. This contract will be financed by the International Development Association (IDA), French Development Agency and Ogun State Government, Procurement process will be governed by the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations.
