1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the African Development Bank (AfDB) towards the cost of the Urban Water Sector Reform and Akure Water Supply and Sanitation Project being implemented in Ondo State Water Corporations and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of works for construction of Workshop, Laboratory and ODWC Office Building (Lots 1 and 2), the Borrower shall process the payments in accordance with the AfDB’s Disbursement Guidelines and Procedures.
