Oxfam in Nigeria is seeking the services of a qualified consultant (or consultancy team) to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and redrafting of its Country Strategy (OCS) and Country Operational Model (COM) for the period 2021–2025. This exercise is part of a broader effort to ensure that Oxfam’s strategic direction and operational approach remain relevant, effective, and aligned with both its global vision and the evolving Nigerian context.
