1. The Federal Government of Nigeria through the Federal Ministry of Agriculture And Food Security has received financing from the World Bank and French Development Agency (FDA) toward the cost of the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP) and on-lent the financing to nineteen participating states (namely Abia, Akwa-Ibom, Bauchi, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Ondo, Ogun, Oyo, Plateau, Sokoto, Niger, Gombe, Ekiti, Kaduna, Ebonyi And Osun). Oyo SPIU intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract For Backlog/Rehabilitation of about 68km of Rural Roads in Oyo State. This contract will be jointly financed by the International Development Association (IDA), the French Development Agency (AFD) and Oyo State Government. Procurement process will be governed by the World Banks Procurement Regulations.
