1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online AfDB238-04/14 of 2 April 2014 on-line and on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website.

2.The African Union Commission (AUC) has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Pan African University Institute of Life and Earth Sciences including Health and Agriculture (PAULESI), at the University of Ibadan (UI) Ibadan, Nigeria. PAULESI intends to use part of the proceeds of this grant for eligible payments under contract ICB/GDS/PAULESI/PAU/01/2018 for supply of Laboratory equipment as below:
