1.0 In compliance with the Provision of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN) pursuant to its mandate of manpower development is desirous to undertake the Prequalification of Skill acquisition and Training as related to the Institute’s Mandate under manpower development Programmes and procurement of some projects under the 2018 Capital Budget.
