1.0 INTRODUCTION
Renaissance Africa Energy Company as Operators of the Joint Venture between itself and the Nigerian Upstream Investment Management Services (NUIMS), on behalf of the Joint Venture hereby announces to interested and prequalified companies, an upcoming tendering opportunity for the operation and maintenance of UPS and DC Systems in Renaissance. The proposed contract will commence in Q4 2026 and remain active for duration of five (5) years, with an option to extend by a further two years.

2.0 Scope of Work
The Work shall also include Full-Service Preventative, Predictive, and Corrective maintenance and provision of proactive recommendations on UPS Systems (Including All Associated Equipment – Batteries, Stabilizers, Sinewave, Bypass Switches, Isolation Transformers, Electrical Power Distribution Systems, Sockets, Plugs, Distribution Boards, Static Transfer Switches (STS) etc.) listed in Appendix *, as well as the supply of any applicable replacement parts as well as specialist engineering services.
