INVITATION TO PREQUALIFICATION/TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL TENDERS
1. INTRODUCTION
In line with the Rivers State Executive Council decision reached on Thursday 16th October, 2025, the Rivers State Ministry of Works hereby revalidate the procurement and construction of the aforementioned projects and hereby invites prospective, competent and experienced contractors to submit BIDS as in the Rivers State Government advertisement of Wednesday 19th February, 2025.
