1.0 INTRODUCTION:
The Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, in compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act 2007 and other extant government regulations, intends to undertake the Procurement of Goods and Works for the YEAR 2026 TETFUND CAREER SERVICE CENTRE INTERVENTION and YEAR 2026 TETFUND ENTREPRENEURSHIP INTERVENTION respectively, following the Approval-in-Principle. Competent and experienced contractors with good track record of prompt delivery of similar projects are hereby invited to submit bids for the projects:
