1. The Federal Government of Nigeria through the Federal Ministry of Agriculture And Food Security has received financing from the World Bank and the L’Agence Francaise de Developpement (French Development Agency or AFD) and on-lent the financiang to nineteen participating state (Namely Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Ondo, Ogun, Oyo, Plateau, Sokoto, Niger, Gombe, Ekiti, Kaduna, Ebonyi and Osun) toward the cost of the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of 63m Cross drainage Structures (CDS) on Six (6) Rural Roads in Ondo State. This contract will be financed by the L’Agence Francaise de Developpement (French Development Agency or AFD), World Bank and Ondo State Government. Procurement process will be governed by the World Banks Procurement Regulations.
