1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the world bank and the French development agency (AFD) and on-lent the financing to nineteen participating states (namely Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Ondo, Ogun, Oyo, Plateau, Sokoto, Niger, Gombe, Ekiti, Kaduna, Ebonyi And Osun) toward the cost of the rural access and agricultural marketing project (RAAMP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for construction and physical improvement of 3 NOs agro-logistic centres in kogi state (Lots 1-3). This contract will be financed by the International Development Association (IDA), the French development agency, and Kogi state government. Procurement process will be governed by the World Bank’s procurement regulations.
