1.0 INTRODUCTION
Sequel to our invitation for Expression of Interests (EOIs) for 2017 Rural Electrification Fund (REF) Grant Award published in the Federal Tenders Journal of Monday. December 11, 2017 as well as in ThisDay and Daily Trust Newspapers of 11th December, 2017; the Rural Electrification Agency hereby invites successful applicants in the said EOI who had earlier been notified to submit their financial and technical proposals for projects in the following categories.
