1.0 PREAMBLE
The Delta state government through the Rural Water Supply And Sanitation Agency (RUWASSA)_ hereby invites tenders from reputable contractors for the Construction and Rehabilitation of water supply schemes in Ndokwa West, Okpe and Ughelli North Isoko South and Ukuawani Local Government Areas of the state, under the Project for Reward (PforR) Component of the Sustainable Urban and Rural Water supply, sanitation and Hygiene (SURWASH) Program.
