1.0 PREAMBLE
The Delta State Government through the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA) with support from the European Union (EU) and UNICEF under the Rural Component of Niger Delta Support Programme (NDSP) hereby invites tenders from reputable contractors for the construction/completion of water supply schemes, reticulation of water pipelines and construction/completion of sanitation facilities in Ndokwa West, Isoko South, Ukwuani and Ethiope East Local Government Areas of the State.
