1.0 INTRODUCTION
Seplat West Limited, the operator of the NEPL/Seplat Joint Venture (JV), hereby seeks to engage qualified vendors for the provision of drilling and completions fluids, including engineering services, equipment, personnel and associated services required to support the drilling of new wells and rigless well intervention operations on onshore wells for a contract period of three (3) years, with an option of an additional two (2) years at the Company’s discretion.
