1.0 INTRODUCTION
Seplat West Limited, the operator of the NEPL/Seplat Joint Venture, hereby invites interested and prequalified companies with proven experience in the provision of drill cuttings and waste management services, including the supply of equipment, personnel, and related support services required for drilling, completion and workover operations in the Western Assets on onshore wells for a contract period of three (3) years, with an option of an additional two (2) years at the Company’s discretion.
