1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo) in a PSC agreement with the NNPC hereby announces to interested and prequalified companies an upcoming tendering opportunity for the Provision of Freight Forwarding and Custom Clearing Services.
SNEPCo hereby invites reputable and competent registered Nigerian companies who are duly registered with the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulator Commission (NUPRC) to do business, with proven experience and expertise in the Provision of Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance Services to be included into the bid list of the above tender. Successful bidder(s) will be responsible to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Shell HSSE & SP Control Framework on Waste as well as local & international regulations. The proposed contract will provisionally commence in Q1 2026 and remain active for 5 years’ duration, with a 2-year extension option.
