1. PREAMBLE
The Delta State Government through the Small Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (STOWASSA) hereby invites tenders from reputable contractors for the construction of water supply schemes, sanitation facilities and rehabilitation of water supply scheme in Ndokwa West, Bomadi, Okpe, Ugehli North and Isoko South, Local Government Area of the State, under the project for reward (PforR) component of the sustainable Urban and Rural Water Supply, Sanitation and Hygiene Program.
