1. The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has received financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of the Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZ) Program Phase I in partnership with the State Governments and Private Investors in the five (5) participating States of Kaduna, Oyo, Cross River, Imo and Ogun and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this loan to payments under the contract for the Development, Installation, Configuration and Commissioning Of Integrated Software Package For Monitoring, Evaluation (M&E)And Knowledge Management.
