1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. The standard organization of Nigeria (SON) is charged with the responsibility of developing standards for commodities, products and services for industries, including metrology. It also implement the federal government programme on standardization of locally made and import products throughout the country. In furtherance of the above, the organization wishes to embark on the implementation of the number of goods and works during the 2018/2019 fiscal work.
