1. INTRODUCTION
The Gombe State Universal Basic Education Board (GM-SUBEB) in compliance with requirements of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 and other extant government regulations intend to undertake projects for the implementation of the year 2023 UBEC/GM-SUBEB matching grants projects. The board, therefore, invites experienced and competent to submit bids for the following under listed projects:
