1. INTRODUCTION
The Gombe State Universal Basic Education Board (GM-SUBEB) in compliance with requirements of the Public Procurement Act 2007 and other extant government regulations, intends to undertake projects for the implementation of the year 2023 UBEC/GM-SUBEB Matching Grants Projects, the Board therefore, invites experienced and competent companies to submit bids for the following under listed projects:
