These services include project conceptualization and design; construction project management; Turn key project delivery, Labour contracting and sub-contracting; Remodeling and Renovation projects and building construction equipment rental.
In line with our mission to be a preeminent provider of superior construction services in Nigeria by consistently improving the quality of our products and services, we always re-position ourselves to serve our clients better by ensuring adequate and periodical training of our personnel as well the procurement and maintenance of required building construction equipment. We also ensure the promulgation and periodic review of company policies and procedures aimed at ensuring the repeat-ability of project outcomes.
With a management consisting of individuals with between seven to forty years experience in the construction industry, the company is poised to offer cutting edge services with a bias for quality to her clients. The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the company, Engr. Okoye C.I.O. B. Eng., MNSE, GCAPM, MBA, FIIPM (COREN Registered), who has more than twenty (20) years experience in the construction industry, had been privileged to manage the construction of various projects like the Dr. Alex Ekwueme Parade Ground and Cenotaph at Awka, Anambra State; a nine thousand capacity auditorium for the Deeper Life Bible Church, Awka Region; and the Anambra State Judiciary High Court Complex at Agulu. He also holds the Graduate Certificate in Advanced Project Management of the Walden University, Boston, USA.
