CEA specializes in optimizing business operations for increased efficiency and enhancing value using its global delivery model. At CEA, we are made of professionals with over 55 years of combined work experience working largely with Civil Society, Public and Private Sector groups in Nigeria. Using proven tools and approaches developed by globally renowned development institutions, CEA provides consulting services on Optimizing technology expenditure, Building and managing support operations, Optimizing networks, data centers and application support, Financial Management System, Leadership and Management Development, Management Systems Development and Strengthening, and Organizational Sustainability.

Mission
Our mission is contributing to the development of our clients’ business. We do this by supporting organizations achieve segments of their mission that is related to building a stronger organization and managers who can lead the organization to achieve results. We do this by developing the leadership and management skills of frontline staff and by supporting them to achieve results with the participatory development and implementation of necessary and appropriate systems for managing the internal components of the organization.
