EXENZ BUILD & REPAIR LTD is a real estate, facility management and construction firm. It is a private company limited by shares (LLC) incorporated on 6th of May 2022. We are growing to become one of the sort after real estate, facility management and construction firm in Nigeria. The company is currently operating in Ibadan, Lagos and Abuja and we look forward to expansion to other cities in Nigeria.
Our services in real estate (real estate broker/ agency on apartment letting/leasing, property sales, property development, Estate management and survey), construction (Architectural work, house building, road construction, bridges and port and oil and gas pipeline) and facility management (serviced apartment, maintenance and repair, ICT solution, and all other facility management function). These includes repairs, servicing, replacement and installation of all homes infrastructures and equipment such as plumbing works, tiling, carpentry and furniture, interior and exterior decoration, electrical and electronic devices repair; fan, refrigerator, air conditioner, TV set etc.
In other to achieve our broad objective, the firm will engage directly with clients in providing a distinct value oriented quality services and at other times we outsource job resources, personnel, service provider to meet their need. The outsourced resources, individuals or firms can either be a partner or an independent entity/firm that can provide the required services as at needed.
To achieve this, the company registers certified and professional technicians, workers and expertise in major technical services that shall be provided by the company. They will be deployed on the field to render services for or on behalf of the company. They shall be referred to as EXENZ BUILD & REPAIR LTD AGENTS/SERVICEMEN (EBR AGENT/SERVICEMEN).
There shall also be a supervisory team that will monitor and supervise these servicemen especially the outsourced. They shall be on standby to take client’s orders and queries. They shall make sure service delivered by the company is of standard value and also meet our client’s satisfaction. The company will operate majorly online through the website and the Mobile App (Android & iOS) platform. Also at a physical location such as the office. On the website and Mobile App platform, orders will be taken and job location shall be visited for proper job action. Timeliness, integrity, innovation, competence and client’s satisfaction will be the business core value. Also, telephone and social media platforms such as whatsApp, shall be used to interact with clients for business activity.
A prototype mobile app has been created and it has been tested to see that it accommodated all the idea of the business. The Web and Mobile app has a 3 phase model. One is the client’s user interface, the second is the Merchant user interface and the third is the Admin user interface. The client’s user interface is the portal for client’s registration and interaction. The Merchant user interface is the portal for EBR AGENTs and partners registration and interaction. The Admin user interface is the portal for the business owners and working staffs. There will be further details of the web and mobile app interface that shall be sent to our investors for more understanding of how it run.
Job will be delivered or carried out on-site (at the client residence or at the company’s site) or at off-site (at our workshops or various agents workshop). On-site supervision shall also be provided as required.
The business will be financed by personal savings of the owners, capital from investors and loan from banks
