INVITATION TO PRE-QUALIFICATION AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR JUDICIARY SPECIAL INTERVENTION PROJECTS FOR THE YEAR 2023

1. INTRODUCTION
The Supreme Court of Nigeria is desirous to provide a befitting and conducive residential accommodation for its officers in order to enhance their performance in carrying out judicial duties to the citizenry thereby embarking on a special intervention project for the construction of Justice Residence in compliance with the provision of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007, invites competent and experienced contractors/consulting forms to apply for the under listed projects in the fiscal year 2023.
