(1) INTRODUCTION
Total Exploration & Production Nigeria Limited (TEPNG), operator of the NNPC/TOTAL Joint venture, Intends to put in place a Fiscal Oil metering Validation and Maintenance Services Contract for its Offshore locations. TEPNG is statutorily required to recertify all fiscal liquid metering systems annually. The OFFSHORE metering systems are situated at our offload terminal, FSO Unity and our jointly owned field of Amenam/Kpono. TEPNG also needs to periodically prove the export turbine meters on our Ofon field liquid export metering skid.
