1. INTRODUCTION
Total Exploration & Production Nigeria Limited (TEPNG), operator of the NNPC/TOTAL Joint venture, intends to put in place a Fiscal Oil metering Validation and Maintenance Services Contract for its Onshore locations. TEPNG is statutorily required to recertify all fiscal liquid metering systems annually. TEPNG’s onshore custody transfer point is located at Rumuekpe LACT station. TEPNG also needs to recertify annually some equipment in certified flow laboratories.
