You are invited to submit a quotation with delivery to U.S. Embassy, Abuja – NG.
Payment Term: Net 30.
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance.

- Please email all responses to this solicitation to AbujaProcurement@state.gov with the solicitation number (PR12865707) in the subject line.
- Please include your performance schedule, specifications, samples, pictures, or complete drawings (where applicable) with the proposal.
- Contractors must provide proof of active registration in Sam.gov, a Unique Entity ID (UEI) code, AND proof of compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
- Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver or if BACKORDERING).
- The deadline for offer submission is September 21, 2024.
- We may not contact those with unsuccessful offers.
