The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received US$98 Million under Istisna’a, Islamic Development Bank (IDB) Loan, Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development (ISFD) Loan and Technical Assistance Grant from the Islamic Development Bank to finance the Bilingual Education project which will be implemented in Adamawa, Borno, Gombe Kaduna, Kano, Kwara, Nassarawa, Niger and Osun States.
