TITLE: PROCUREMENT OF INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES FOR THE THIRTY (30) BILINGUAL EDUCATION BOARDING SCHOOLS IN THE NINE PARTICIPATING STATES.

1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing for an amount of US$ 98 million from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) towards the cost of Bilingual Education Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contracts for the Procurement of Instructional Materials and Supplies for the thirty (30) Bilingual Education Boarding Schools in the Nine(9) participating states.

2. The Universal Basic Education Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for not more than One (1) lot for the Procurement of Instructional Materials and Supplies for the thirty (30) Bilingual Education Boarding Schools in the Nine (9) participating states.
