BACKGROUND
USAID LAGOS URBAN WATER SANITATION AND HYGIENE (LUWASH) project in Nigeria is a program being implemented by Chemonics International Inc. through SAII Associate Z Ltd/Gte (hereafter referred to as SAII), is issuing a request for Proposals (RFP) for the conduct of water quality testing for service delivery assessment in Lagos State, Nigeria.
